Alan JamesMEARNSPassed away peacefully on May 14th 2020 in Calverton, Nottinghamshire. Alan, beloved son of Lilian and William and beloved partner of Sally Ann Jackson, is survived by his brothers Stuart and Brian, Stepson Robert, Daughter in Law, Irene Kobela and grandchildren James, Victoria, Sean and Maya, and by his son Stephen and daughter Sarah. Alan will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends. The Cremation service will be held on June 3rd 2020 at Gedling Crematorium. Sadly attendance is by invitation only due to the Covid 19 restrictions. Alan was a well-known figure in Bingham who ran the Horse and Plough for many years, he will be missed. His family will organize a celebration of his life at a date still TBD once the restrictions are lifted, in the meantime, please raise a glass to Alan.
